FLAMES IN THE SUN

2019

Flames in the Sun, released in 2019, is the debut album by Leo Keller. The album comprises four original songs - Dark Room, Behind my walls, Don't Let me Down, and When the Day - all featuring Leo's vocals, lyrics, guitar, and backing vocals. The production, mixing, guitars, and keyboards were helmed by Marcus Lopes, while the drums were recorded by Reynaldo Timóteo. The cover art of the album, featuring a photo by Victor Guthierre, was edited by Leo himself. Flames in the Sun draws inspiration from the Grunge and Alternative Rock scenes of the late 90s and early 2000s, taking cues from the likes of Foo Fighters, Oasis, Pearl Jam, AudioSlave, Alice in Chains, and U2, among other bands from the Post-Grunge, Indie Rock, and Alternative Rock scenes.
